The Moon Rock Hunter Is Coming for You | The Saturday Evening Post
This is an incredible cat and mouse game of trying to find out who has real (and fake!) moon rocks and who is selling them. Fascinating to think about the black market for these goods. Also interesting to see who has had access over the years - and took advantage of it (no spoilers!)
The making of Amazon Prime, the internet’s most successful and devastating membership program
It’s easy to forget now, but Amazon wasn’t always the king of online shopping. In the fall of 2004, Jeff Bezos’s company was still mostly selling just books and DVDs. That same year, Amazon was under siege from multiple sides.
Ahead of Its Time, Behind the Curve: Why Evernote Failed to Realize Its Potential
Legendary investor, programmer, and Y Combinator co-founder Paul Graham once wrote that one of the best ways to come up with ideas for your next startup is to ask what product you wish someone else would make for you.

Operating Manual (vs. recipe for success) – Eric Friedman
Twitter Greatness
Matt Galligan on Twitter: "🤯 Oh…my. I thought convincing deep fakes (even just voice) were still a solid ways off. I’m wrong. Dead wrong. No way I would have known these were fake if I wasn’t already told so. The world is about to get *a lot* more complicated. https://t.co/7BHs9pu83t"
The world of deepfakes is upon us. If you haven’t been paying attention the audio, video, and pictures we take for granted every day are going to start to be questioned. There are a few companies setup to tackle these issues and one that I am completely biased to support is Truepic.com which solves this growing issue.
